Here is a quick example of what just a little "frosting" can do the the street appeal of a home. This is an example of some work done by one of my clients after a consult with Connie Kay. This home is now for sale in Lakewood WA.
Our client made very very significant improvements inside as well and the house is beautiful, but face it, if he had left the outside the same, I know I would have had much less chance of selling the place and likely not nearly as many people would have gone in to see the inside....in the end this makes a huge difference in market time as well as eventual sales price. It's so great to have smart clients who really understand this!...and it is fun to know that the new buyer will have a house that makes them feel happy every time come home too.
The front door of a house makes a huge difference in how you and your neighbors perceive your home and a huge impact on whether you even get a prospective home buyer in the door....and in today's market, the more buyers want to see the inside of your home, the better, it can make a difference in whether YOUR home sells or if some one else's sells instead.....
